    1. Copy of High School diploma/transcript OR GED Certificate

    2. Transcript of your medical assisting training OR a letter from your employer stating you have worked for 3 or more years as a Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomist, depending on which exam you would like

    3. Complete the Online Application Form  Be sure to upload or attach your various pieces of documentation to this form. For example, attach or upload your PDF of your diploma, transcripts, GED and any Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist training or your employer letter for verification.

    4. Payment for your exam.

All of our examinations are conducted online, with a remote proctoring service. This must be performed on a Windows or Mac computer that has a standard webcam, microphone and reliable internet. An application will be installed on this computer for use with the remote proctoring service, as well as a quiet space provided for you to take the exam without interruptions. Interruptions or other distractions during the exam will be flagged for review and result in possible failure of your exam. You will NOT receive a refund or a retake for any failures. Please be aware that this process is not fast and can take time to complete.  The testing process can take several weeks from start to finish for scheduling and other obstacles that come up.  It is always best to maintain your current registry with our office and NOT let your registration lapse by completing your required 10 CME/CEU training hours per year and paying your renewal fee.
