Select this if you are actively working or seeking employment in the medical field. As a registered member, you are still required to submit ten (10) CME's to complete your annual renewal. To learn more about your required CME's, please click here or select the CME tab at the top.

Please note that your payment due date and certificate expiration are not the same. If your certificate expiration is within the current month, your payment due date is the 1st day of the month, please choose the appropriate late fee:

• Please choose 1 Year Late Fee if you are 1 day to 365 days past your payment due date.
• Please choose 1 Year Late Fee + 2 Year Renewal if you are 366 days to 2 years past your payment due date
• Please choose 2 Year Late Fee + 2 Year Renewal if you are over 2 years past your payment due date to renew for 2 years

The following list is your payment due date if your:

Certificate expires Feb. 28th each year- Your payment due date is Feb 1st

Certificate expires May31st each year-Your payment due date is May 1st

Certificate expires August 31st- Your payment due date is August 1st

Certificate expires November 30th-Your payment due date is November 1st

Payment received on the 1st for each of these groups gives you a guarantee your new certificate will be received before your old one expires.  Due to the “HITECH Act”, employees must have a current certificate to work.

If your certificate is more than 2 years past it's expiration date - you are not eligible to renew and MUST re-test. Please contact our office via phone or email for more details about re-testing.
